TIME TO RELEASE STRESS & ANXIETY
THE MINDFULNESS TOOLBOX This workshop is an introduction to mindfulness. I will introduce you/ your team/ staff to different mindfulness tools, which are easy to learn and use in your daily life to let go of stress, anxiety, fear, worries, lack of confidence and much more. The workshop will be a blend of Meditation, Pranayama - Breathing exercises, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Energy exercises. In the workshop, the group will be guided through meditations and being guided to find ways of managing stress and anxiety through gentle and easy-to-use techniques. The workshop will focus on EFT also known as Tapping, which combines stimulations of acupressure points and a modern understandings of how the brain works and how we process and store memories and emotions. The workshop will benefit everyone experiencing overwhelming emotions, stress and anxiety. TIME TO STEP INTO YOUR POWER & SHINE Empowering women workshop with a spiritual touch. In the first part of the workshop we will focus on how to let go of limited beliefs by using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to unlink the emotional events, memories, beliefs, and emotions, which is stored in our bodies. EFT is an amazing tool to help to re-pattern these negative emotions and release the limit beliefs we are holding. Then the second half of the workshop focus on empowering by stirring up and awaken the inner goddess power! By light movements, energy exercises, mantras/ affirmations and Reiki crystal healing.
