EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Techniques also known as Tapping. It is a combination of modern psychology and acupressure. EFT is a practical body and mind therapy – a process of mindful and intentional tapping (gently, with the fingertips) on vascular density points on the face and upper body. EFT unlink emotional and traumatic events, memories, beliefs, and emotions from where they have been stored in the body. It helps to re-pattern and release the limit beliefs we are holding. EFT was developed from Thought Field Therapy (TFT) in 1990s by the American Gary Craig. He simplified the process from TFT to a universal tapping process.
